500g lamb pieces
1 large potato, peeled and diced
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
2 large red onions
10 cloves of garlic
1 inch piece of ginger
1 handful of coriander leaves
1 small red chili
1 tablespoon ghee/butter
1/2 cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 (400g) can crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup coconut milk




Cut it

Cut the salmon width-wise into 4 pieces; Place in a foil-lined(release foil works great) 15x10x1-inch pan.

Boil it

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard and vinegar; bring to a boil.
